Built for NGO in Cambodia

The Indonesian local bank Bank Sahabat Sampoerna, aimed to enhance the KYC process for users through their banking app.

The Challenge

The challenge was to create a smooth bank account opening experience, overcoming the lengthy account verification process at the bank. This involved enabling new users to onboard seamlessly through a digitized verification process on the mobile app.

My mission is to minimize user hassle while maintaining their motivation to complete account verification steps, ultimately boosting the adoption rate of account openings.
