As Lead Product Designer in 2019, I designed a customizable food ordering platform that helped restaurant operators boost brand awareness, expand their reach, and increase sales. I led the end-to-end design process from user research and information architecture to prototyping, to deliver a user-friendly, scalable solution that created real business value.

Oddle serves as an online food ordering platform built for restaurant operations to reach their customers, manage orders and grow their F&B brands.
My Approach
I engaged in user interviews to collect feedback from F&B restaurant owners. These efforts played a crucial role in improving the product.
After the product launch, I used the FullStory an event tracking tool, to observe and analyze how users interacted with the food ordering platform. I kept an eye on issues like rage clicks, errors, mouse thrashes, and order completion rates.
